Well .... not much new since my last post .... made Chinese for dinner and made a shopping list for tomorrow .... watched Untraceable, For Christmases, Jeff Dunham Arguing With Myself, I Am Legend (spelling?), and Stranger Than Fiction DVDs to name a few .... on Bring It On Fight to the Finish right now .... hoping they have a safe trip home tomorrow .... we`re due for more snow I guess too .... What a Weekend!! ....

So .... Friday I worked the better part of all day and it wasn`t so great .... after work I made some calls and went to a friend`s house for the Sing Star/Guitar Hero stuff and then got a call from a friend and went to hang out .... Saturday I worked 9 to 3 and the breakfast menu and I reunited LOL .... then I got some great news and had dinner with a friend .... and I`ve been sitting home all day trying to catch up on sleep off and on .... I`ve watched probably 6 movies in the last 24 hours .... had McDonald`s for lunch .... and got a call from a dear friend out West that I need to call back .... So more later : ) Take care! : )

One More Week ....

Until payday .... just finished United 93. Watched Grey`s Anatomy and Private Practice tonight (which were new to me) and talked and ate with friends ....

Didn`t get up til 9:45 .... showered and ate then went to WalMart to talk to the cell lady about phone plans. Since I didn`t get a call I went to the library and hung out a bit and THEN got the call .... so I went over there a few minutes and then headed to a different girlfriends a while .... picked up her kids from the bus and went to her place til I got another call and then left.

Hung out a while and then went home. Didn`t do much but eat some and was invited to a sing star thing at another friend`s for tomorrow after work ....

And then drove to their house for our weekly GA/PP deal, but they won`t be around next week or the week after that .... I`ll have no idea what to do with myself LOL!

And now it`s time for bed .... got an extra 3.5 to 4 hours added to my shift tomorrow .... so that shall be interesting .... hoping for some answers soon for several things which I know will come in time .... more tomorrow : ) Take care!!

6 Months Ago Today ....

So .... worked 11 to 4 today .... thought I was scheduled til 5 but apparently not. Work was BUSY today and I got to prove myself in drive thru taking orders .... before work I didn`t do anything .... after work I went home and put my noodles back in the fridge and got a few DVDs from the library and filled my gas tank up .... then gave the birthday boy his card and cutse-y gift LOL and then it was back home and off to Grandpa`s and Grandma`s ....

Dinner was lasagne and it was awesome! Had salad with it and a klondike bar for dessert .... an uncle joined us but I got their first .... shared some laughs and history with everyone and learned of some slightly scary info on some family .... by 10 I headed home but stopped at the grocery first .... and now I`m home watching Unaccompanied Minors which is pretty cute : ) Who knows what tomorrow will bring besides the obvious .... more later : ) Take care!

OH today is 6 months since I got the D Bomb (divorce) news .... and OH the ways I think I`ve grown : ) What do you think?!

Just Another Day ....

Well .... just couldn`t get up today! When I finally did it was just after 10 and I ate and watched the rest of Unwed Father and The Nanny Diaries .... eventually left home for work after finishing my italian meatball sub from "Fatz" on Saturday .... returned a few movies to the library and then went to work .... dressed and did my time from 2 to 8. During that I was in first booth taking orders til 4 and then I was on counter a while. Saw a few Coastguardsmen and cleaned. By 7 I was back in Drive Thru and by 8 I was off changing so I could go to Wal-Mart ....

Made a call as I was walking into Wal-Mart and not too long after that the same person was in front of me : ) It was good to see them .... even though one of those people will not have a good reaction to some news someday .... ah well, not my problem .... also saw a good friend as I was on my way out of the store so I stopped to say hi and get some suggestions and comfort .... and then drove home where I am now ....

Made some macaroni and now it`s in the fridge for tomorrow. Ate some fish .... finished The Nanny Diaries and now just listening to Man of the Year .... slight headache .... OH got a call from Walgreens and I go in Thursday to finish my application and get an interview time : ) So we`ll see how that goes ....

Anyways, quite tired so I`m headed to bed .... got lots of stuff to think about and a birthday card to get ready for tomorrow .... so more later : ) .... Take care!!

Wow : )

What a day! Tried to sleep in but that didn`t work so well .... got up and watched the rest of whatever movie I was watching yesterday .... ate and by noon I was ready to go run my errands ....

First I went to the library to make the copies of the letters and discovered a new copy machine and the lady who showed me how to use it was a bit rude .... then I went on the computer and tried to apply at Target but they`re not hiring. I DID get to apply at WalGreens online though and I`m going to call tomorrow to see if they got the online application .... then he called so we talked a few minutes (which was awesome!) and I went back in (it was starting to snow) and borrowed a few movies and added a few to my request list .... one I`ll have to pick up tomorrow ....

Then I went to the post office to mail the letters .... then home a while. Cleaned my dishes and my "pantry" and now I just have to vaccum. Watched The Shop Girl and half of Unwed Father .... then went to a friend`s after a while and helped him with some computer stuff and he made me dinner (cheeseburgers) and he got the kids ready for bed and put together another friend`s new microwave stand and then we hung out waiting for his wife to get home from GB.

Now I`m home. Getting ready for bed .... so more later! Watching some kids for a girlfriend while she takes a dog to get fixed at 8:30 .... time for sleep! Take care : )

Eighth Sunday ....

Not too much happened today. GOt home late from the gathering last night .... had a great time last night tho! : ) Got more songs on my phone and added more music to their iTunes before singing my heart out : )

Didn`t go to church this morning .... was woken up by mom and then later Grandpa .... parents arrived safely to their destination and I eventually got up and watched Look Who`s Talking and It`s a Boy Girl Thing .... then worked 4 hours and then went to the store for some things and went home to eat dinner ....

And now I`m hanging out with a girlfriend .... watched some of GA.O or whatever the top country music awards countdown is .... then watched the end of AMerican Wedding and now we`re on The Sweetest Thing .... hehehe what some laughs!!

Tomorrow`s Another Pay Day!! :D

What another busy Thursday .... worked 11:30 to 6 and it was quite busy all day at work .... managed to burn myself - by the fry hop - and while I`m not sure of the severity it sure still hurts!! It`s only worsened by heat .... before work I just busied myself at my place ....

After work I went to Wal-Mart and got some food .... then went to the library .... made a call and was online a bit .... saw some pictures of a friend`s pregnancy .... from there went to a friend`s house and watched Grey`s Anatomy and Private Practice .... did some catching up .... and now finishing Fracture .... got Look Who`s Talking at the library .... Saturday I may have off unless I can switch with someone and have them take my Sunday hours, we shall see ....

Anyways, gotta get up early to get my check and make a copy of my pay stuff for the phone whenever I get to GB next .... so more next time : ) .... Take care!!

Ash Wednesday : )

What a day .... worked 11 to 5. Before work tried to take my Heros Season One to the library but everything was nuts downtown because of this .... and work today was NUTS! We sold a LOT of fish and large fries because of the fish and fries Lent deal - two fish or two large fries or a fish and large fry for $3.33 ($3.51 with tax) so drive thru was VERY busy! Sold lots of Shamrock shakes and frappes too : ) 


After work I was asked to join Ash Wendesday mass but didn't make it, Talked to a close friend and went to a friend's house after returning the bottom part of the bathing suit I bought for the IL trip. Now watching American Idol .... so so SO much going on in my head from work to bills to personal with family and friends and the news .... ahhhh .... anyways .... more later .... take care!!

Just Another Day ....

Of work and such .... worked 11:30 to 5. Before that was home getting ready and then mailed the kids letters off .... work was a bit boring .... slow in the beginning and then I was in drive thru and time flew because drive thru was crazy busy!! Once 5 PM came I clocked out and dressed in my street clothes and headed to my place ....

Once there I got a call from a friend and we talked a half hour until their phone died .... then I went to the library a while .... took care of some business and then was asked to join another friend grocery shopping and had dinner and now we`re watching The Stepfather - LOVE girls nights!! : ) Anyways .... more later, take care : )

What Another Crazy Day ....

So today is President`s Day .... no mail .... so I couldn`t mail the kids` letters today. Was woken up by a girlfriend`s call and got up after that .... had some cereal and strawberries and dressed for work .... on the way to my car saw mom who was waiting for a girlfriend she was picking up for lunch.

Went to the library and made copies of the letters and returned Star Trek and Management. Then it was off to work for the three hours .... after that I dressed and went to the shop for another box .... said "hi" to a few of the guys and left .... off to the library it was ....

Didn`t do much there .... requested a few more movies and was momentarily online and then went to WalMart. Got my pretzle sticks and then went to my place .... sat watching Heros til I went to a friend`s house to hang. Ended up also watching Castle : ) Now at my place watching more Heros and then bed .... later : )

Seventh Sunday? And Happy Valentine`s Day again : )....

Wow .... So I got home from hanging with some friends about one. Woke up for church at 9:15. After church went to lunch with mom and my sister (Culvers) and then went downtown to see some of the ice and snow sculptures. Lots are awesome, I`ll try to pose some later : )

Then I ended up not working and went to the church thing. It was quite interesting! Before the church thing I watched Star Trek and now that Management is over I`ve started Heros Season one. So far so good. Also went and filled up my gas tank and got some groceries and talked to a girlfriend about a weird Coastguardsman .... but that`s it .... besides writing to the kids ....

Happy Valentine`s Day!! : ) ....

Well, here we are, Valentine`s Day Eve .... what a day too! Worked 10:30 to 2 .... was woken up by my mom this morningg to see how I`m managing .... sleeping in today wasn`t an option LOL .... from there ate and dressed and went to work .... after that I went to the store for a few things and then went back to work to check my schedule and then came home ....

Showered and then ate. Made a call and left a message .... didn`t get anywhere with the movie .... made another call and then realized I`d forgotten my coat at work so on the way to my dinner "date" I swung by to grab it. Then went to my mom`s for dinner with her and my sister - Sonny`s pasta dish with buttermilk thingys (never can spell it right) and then watched some of the Olympics while talking and playing with the cat .... and then a surprise visitor called with a gift and I accepted and then went back inside til close to 9 .... headed to my place ....

Got another phone call as I was deciding what I wanted to do .... talked a while .... was going to watch the movie but forget it, will do it tomorrow ....

What a Friday ....

Wow .... got called into work and was "scheduled" 11 to 4 but left at 2:30 which was AFTER getting a shower from the Frappe machine and issues with the fries and milk cooler door .... needless to say it was QUItE the day at work! AND I work 10:30 to 2 tomorrow for a girlfriend, which is nice aince I`m picking up hours, just hope I make it to my next day off (NEXT Saturday .... ) but the paycheck will be nice :)

Anyways .... after work I made a few calls and went home and then went to the Shop to deal with boxes after the library to return the Numb3rs Sseason 3 DVDs .... not that I was done but oh well .... then went home. Made another call (and perhaps some afternoon plans) and then met my parents and sister at the Neighborhood Pub for Mardi Gras dinner/Valentine`s Day dinner .... I split a cheese pizza with my sister. Saw a few people we know. Then it was back to my place to drop off the leftovers and pick up a box for a girlfriend ....

And now I`m home from all the festivities .... going to shower before work and then who knows what .... more later - take care! :)

Almost Thursday ....

And that means I`m going to GB with mom : ) Not all that much happened today .... tried to get my car into the shop but didn`t have any luck because they`re so full so I`ll try again tomorrow .... Don`t work til Sunday .... and then I don`t have off til Saturday .... probably going bowling then .... did some shopping .... wrote a letter .... watched some Numb3rs .... and just finished watching a goofy movie .... laundry is almost done .... otherwise nothing new here .... except for my sneezing like crazy since 9 and it HURTS! IL is ON : ) ....

So I found out my IL trip is on!! Got up and was at the library at 9 and made copies of the letters and then went to my mom`s house .... talked a bit and saw the Christmas and swimming pictures that were taken, gonna save them to my usb after I clean my usb out .... and then went to work ....

Worked 11 to 6:30 .... it was kinda slow and then after 3 it got busy .... was finally told to go home after 6:30 .... called my mom about the lawyer news and found out that the IL trip is on .... we leave Friday morning and I get the kids for a few hours unsupervised .... so YAY!! Tonight was Nugget Night ....

After work went to Econo and then the library .... and then to my girlfriend`s .... headed home shortly .... so more later : ) Gettin my car fixed today : ) .... Take care!

To Do or Not To Do .... ?!

That is the main question right now .... will I go or not?? All depends on a few answers and right now it doesn`t look promising .... which sucks big time, it`s been since 12Dec .... !! I REALLY don`t want to have to wait another 4 or so weeks to see them again, though I know it will fly right by ....

Anyways .... was forced to get up around 9:45 when my mom came to bang on my door, startled me! Kept going from there. Had to work at 11:30. Thought it was 11 .... work was alright, busier after lunch .... almost got my third carmel frappe but decided against it.

After work had some food and then went to the Shop .... had some questions about my car and boxes .... got some answers and I go in at noon on Wednesday .... from there left at 5 like everyone else .... went to visit a few great parents` gravesites and then stopped at Wal-Mart .... from there went to the library ....

I intended to make copies of their letters til I realized that the coins I needed were at my place. Finished some letters up and went online .... I was annoyed by the time I left .... and a librarian showed her concern .... it was kind of nice .... : ) .... And now I`m home .... watching Angels and Demons .... had beef and chow mein for dinner with some townhouse cracker/pretzel things .... going to have some frozen strawberry fruit and finish the movie then write .... so more later : ) Take care!

Second Week of Feb ....

Today started off with lots of fun and memories :) Drove to Kewaunee and spent the night .... had a blast there!! Spent some time with some friends playing Wii and talking .... quite the stories were shared : ) I hope to do it again soon but hope to start it sooner! LOL

Got to bed late and got up later and missed church .... left Kewaunee around 11:45 and got to town around 12:15 or so. From there, dressed and ate .... made some calls .... and got ready for work ....

Work wasn`t very busy .... I was sent home about a half hour early. Still currently tired. Made more calls .... went home and ate some and dressed .... went to a friend`s house and hung out a while .... watched the Super Bowl .... cleaned up the house .... put music on the phone .... thought of the lovely memories I have .... wished my nose cold would go away .... and now I`m home ....

Another (6th) Saturday in 2010 ....

Well .... got up today and didn`t feel good .... left the house and dropped 4 movies at the library and then went to the shop. Mom was there waiting .... left la vehicular there and took a Taurus to C n W to get a part and then got breakfast/lunch and it was back to the shop a while .... waited a little bit for my vehicle to get checked out and almost left with it still in the shop .... made a phone call and then went back inside to get more details on what was wrong when it occured to the mechanic to check a little more and he ended up figuring out what was wrong and sent me on my way ....

Went to my apartment and looked at my mail .... was waiting on some lawyer stuff. Didn`t get it. Then mom called, she had .... so off to her place I went. Dealt with dates for March and my wants and then went to the podt office to mail it off. Then drove to my girlfriend`s parents house to hang out a bit .... went to Target after a while and by the time we got back to her parents house it was time for me to go to work.

Work was slow .... I was scheduled 4 hours and worked about 3 and 20 minutes .... ended up meeting the new girl and "breaking" the ice cream cone dispenser .... came home after eating dinner and showered. Talking to a few people and going to go have some fun but nothing huge .... morre later! Take care!

Pay Day Number 3 ....

What a day! Was again woken up by my mom`s phone call .... about lawyer stuff .... and then I managed to stay in bed til 9:45 and then got up and dressed .... got to work and grabbed my check from the owner .... then it was off to the bank to deposit ....

From there I went back home and watched some TV and ate lunch .... by noon I was at the shop starting to get my car fixed .... car cd player doesn`t work so it`s coming out tomorrow .... actually, later today .... and I got a receiver so I can play my iPod music through my radio .... gotta get a part from C & W later and have it put in .... and need the spark plugs checked let alone what else considering the car`s behavior ....

By 1:15 I was leaving .... got McDonalds McChickens for the guy who worked on my car .... then worked 2 to 7 and called a girlfriend .... going to hang out with her later .... maybe get a haircut .... went to another friend`s house and hung out .... saw some friends and soon will have a new tv and I already have a dvd player - thanks!

Also today found out some disturbing news about a teacher .... I`m seriously hoping it`s just a rumor but who knows .... we shall see .... anyways, more later .... take care!

Pay Day Tomorrow!! :)

Wow today`s been something else! Got up at 9:30 and dressed and got ready for work. Got to watch the new doors and window be put up and that was sure interesting .... made a lot of racket but by the time I left they were done .... couldn`t talk the entire time I was clocked in .... it was alright but it was hard ....

And when I clocked out I went through my messages saw my lawyer emailed me and things have gotten a bit more complicated and I`m scared and struggling but still hopeful and having faith - we shall see what happens .... I only hope I can still go next week, this week we shall know ....

Once I read that, I was so upset I drove to my mom`s house and talked .... that`s what the best part of my being home now is - I can do more than call and email my mom .... I can SEE her face to face and BOY that`s been nice!! One should never underestimate the power of adult children living in the same town as their parents and how wonderful it can be (and is!) and how thankful I am I can have an adult relationship with my parents and how great it is!

Anyways, after the talk my dad got home and I left to go to the library and heard some of my favorite songs on the radio on the way to the library .... was online a bit and headed home to eat and then had my Thursday ritual of Grey`s Anatomy and Private Practice and now here I am at home :) A BFF is supposed to be coming home a few days so I may get my hair/bangs cut for a new "look", we`ll see ....

Anyways, more later. Got a headache .... tired .... and got to get up early enough to cash my check and get my car looked at all before work and before she gets to town :) Take care, more later :)

Tomorrow I Work Again :)

Well, today was my last day of being off thank heavens! Didn`t do much, failed to get up til 10 AM .... and then I showered and dressed and got going. Mailed my insurance check and went to the library .... then went to my mom`s and talked and got a picture put on my phone .... left around 3 when she went to pick my sister up from school ....

From there I headed to WalMart and got some cereal and milk .... then to work for my schedule .... then made plans with a friend and went home to eat a little bit, watch Desperate Housewives, and continue going through the magazines ....

My directional skills came in handy tonight when it came to explaining how to find me .... went to Culvers .... we were the last customers .... ate and talked .... then I started pointing out some histories when I was taken back home so they could get home to their new puppy :) I had a great time though!

And now I am on my way to meet some friends for a bit .... working at 11 tomorrow. Work straight through Wednesday and leave Thursday to see the kids - VERY excited!

GB Morning ....

Well .... slept alright last night but wokr up with a stuffy bloody nose and sore throat .... was up and going and fed by 8:30 and we left for GB. Got my phone updated and found out that VZW should be putting together a tower here in town which is great! Otherwise I only got 200 page protectors from Sam`s Club (for $10!!). Had SubWay turkey for lunch. Didn`t buy much else. Had some good conversations tho!

Once back in town I was dropped at home and sat going thru magazines while watching Numb3rs and getting some mail ready .... left the house at 3 and texted mom to see if I could stop by but was told to wait an hour so I went to the Post Office and then the thrift store on the other side. Found some headphones I needed and went to the Shop to deliver a mug I`ve had for my dad and checked on a car part. Let me tell ya, some of the faces/expressions they show and say are something! Makes for grand memories LOL! Got some answers about the car part and gave dad the mug I got him some time ago .... now I`m just waiting for a decision on the part.

Left there and beat mom to her house. Was there a while just talking and sharing stories .... and I was told why I haven`t heard from a set of my Grandparents yet which makes sense. Then I transfered some pictures from email/computer to phone. And eventually I left. Went to WalMart for throat soothers and water flavoring .... talked to a girlfriend on the phone while I was there ....

Then I headed to the library and was there a while. Was on YouTube adding songs to playlists/favorites .... on FaceBook (where I saw he changed his picture which pisses me off!!) and email .... and eBay .... then I grabbed the DVDs that were waiting for me to pick them up and came home.

It started snowing quite a bit so I parked backwards tonight - it`s easier to get out of a snowy parkinglot when facing where you want to leave .... we shall see how tomorrow is .... til then, more later tho. Going to watch Numb3rs and sleep, feeling like garbage ....take care!

Rest of the Day ....

Well, since posting last not much else has happened .... went to WalMart for my RedBox freebie and then I was invited out for dinner .... then went to Family Video and then headed home. Got my lightbulb fixed and now just waiting on my cover for it. Currently watching My Sister`s Keeper which is making me cry and dealing with more magazine purging. Going to GB tomorrow .... so going to bed early .... so more tomorrow .... paid my rent and phone .... car insurance and state stuff is next : ) ....

Last Night ....

Last night I would have posted but I didn't feel good and I'm not sure why. Started the day off at 7:30 getting dressed for the annual Corpus Christi Pancake and Porkie breakfast and then joined my parents at church .... was eventually dropped off at my place and for a while just sat around purging thru my magazines (taking out the parts I want to keep and tossing the rest) and watching Numb3rs .... then I was told that the Grammys were on so I left to go watch that with a girlfriend and we had so much fun!!


Today so far not much. Didn't feel the greatest when I got up so I took my time. Then I thought I lost a few things but found them. Now headed to do a few errands. Later - take care! : )
